Not unique to the Suites or even to first class, but SQ does offer a "book the cook" option to order your meals ahead of time online. I believe the choices are more extensive than what you'd find if just ordering on board.

Also, in SQ F (not just Suite) you have a choice between Krug and Dom champagne. That can make for a fun comparison.

I assume you know that if you have the two middle seats, the barrier between them can be lowered to better share the space and to make for a quasi-double bed.

If you want, one of you can sit in on the ottoman/footrest for the other's seat so you can have drinks/meals sitting across from each other. Less of a special feature if you're in the middle seats, but sitting across from each other can still be very nice.
