Sounds like the typical call centre mentality of not knowing the answer so just making something up.

That said, I don't think the T-7 is an exact science (automatically by the clock) - rather it seems to generally be around T-7, so it may open up soon?


I wouldn't worry about the "select seats for free 24 hours in advance" message - I always saw that prior to T-7 when I was Bronze, it is just the standard seat selection message which they don't appear to have considered changing for Bronze members.
