I was at DFW yesterday, and will be back today. I just wanted to report that the Skylink is under construction as well, so it's only operating in the counter-clockwise direction at this time.
Um, was going in both directions on Monday, not sure if something changed.
I does run in one direction only in very early a.m. and very late p.m. Always counter to the short distance for me

I have a question though. Will TSA let me enter through any/another terminal even though my flight departs from E? Since the Skylink connects all of the terminals, I'd be taking it around to get food anyway.
Since I take the Orange Line to airport I ALWAYS (well, now that UA is FINALLY allowing me to check in for int'l flights online) arrive at A terminal and clear there, then take Skytrain to E.
One time on late arrival I almost exited secure area in E
Would have been ugly having to take the shuttle bus to Term A
