I still have yet to encounter a property where I can obtain highest speed internet as a diamond in a straightforwars manner (which is to say not accepting a fee up front and fighting about it later). I wish hilton would standardize a single means of access for all elites, e.g. always logging in with hhonors acct info as opposed to the mishmash of secret codes, slips of paper, hhonors logins that properties seem free to choose from. At some properties i swear i can log in three different ways (and still not manage to get premium access, naturally).
All the properties I've been in recently (10+) have had a log-in option where you use your HH number and password, and they've all worked ok. Usually it was different to how the front desk asked me log in but I did it anyway in case there was a chance of receiving a better internet connection
