I'm planning a trip to Uruguay in early 2002 (a significant birthday). Previous posts concerning B.A. and Montevideo usually give lots of info about B.A. and not much about Montevideo. Has anyone been there recently? Can you recommend any hotels, restaurants and/or must see sights?
