My recent experiences on what were US Airways flights was that they generally had no idea about who was eligible for the benefit. Every single time, I was asked for a credit card.

When presented with an EXP card, most tried to swipe it in the machine. After verbally mentioning the benefit, did not have any problems.

More training needed. but not the biggest issue in the merger.
