No issues with quick turnaround when I went, but I actually went through customs paid for Visa on arrivals which may be free now. Then I toured the city for the day. Not sure if you can stay in the terminal since you'll need to re-check in to get your boarding pass.

There's a couple of priority pass lounge. One with a single shower room. They are not 24-hours accessible.
