Considering how helpless the folks at @deltaassist have become, including slow response times and just flat refusal to help, I can't imagine how effective this might be.
The number of times they tell me "call the elite line" while I am actively in flight recently shows they aren't interested in helping as they once did.
I've used @deltaassist before and it was always great.. not sure why it sucked for you..
