Since there the plan can differ from one company to the next, there is no way anyone here would know for sure. How do you know your company has an offer? Who's the keeper of the offer and won't they share the details?

Names are not consistent from one program to the next so UA Gold may be very different than AA Gold. It's pretty late in the year to expect someone to meet status requirements by year end (qualify year is calendar, status runs thru Feb).
