Actually I'm in the process of canceling the flight booked through united.com.
I couldn't do it online, web site said to call in. The agent said it's canceled but I didn't get an email confirming the cancellation.
I called Swiss Air to confirm the baggage charges but they told me 19 CHF. So I keep getting different stories. Figured simpler to cancel the united.com booking and book on swiss, save a couple of bucks to boot.
The other flight that they couldn't ticket, I canceled online and did get an email confirmation, though it says the value will be credited to a future flight when I'm sure I chose the option to credit back to my credit card.
