I am flying to Hong Kong via Zurich next year on BA710 LHR to ZRH, hoping to connect with CX382 to Hong Kong. Spoke with a BA representative in UK and was told I may have to collect my luggage and check in at Zurich for the HK flight. Is that so? I did explain it was the same booking reference and that the Airlines belonged to the One World Alliance...
