Just finished a 2 night weekend stay here (booked standard room during the 'Discover Asia sale' ).
Hotel was basically full (didn't show any rooms available on their website the day before arriving) and my reservation wasn't upgraded online.
On arrival I asked if any upgrades were available and I was given an executive room on the highest floor (35th).
Very nice hotel, nice pool and one of the best EL's that I have seen, including free-flowing Mumm champagne...
Breakfast in main restaurant was very very busy and a bit hectic but loads of food choices. No complaints at all!
