Rang exec club last week who got confused as it was described as a Y/E fare. (It was fully flex). E doesn't appear in their awards table. They said they would run the ticket through again but nothing has appeared.
Maybe i should ring aer Lingus? I know its only a paltry amount but it annoying when these things dont work
