The Taj West End is ok, but not at the same level as the Taj Palace in Bombay. I've heard mixed reviews of Rambagh in Jaipur. Personally I had an awesome stay at the Le Meridien Jaipur. However at many luxury hotels in India service can be great one day and awful the next. So temper your expectations.
