We've been going to Caesars for years, but the last 2 or 3 stays have been really disappointing. The place has gone downhill significantly since Park Place took over. The lines for check-in are just the start. The restaurants have been big losers - food quality has deteriorated and the service even more so.

The service in the casino is even worse - try to visit the change booth and you'll stand in line longer than check-in. And what used to be some of the friendliest employees in Vegas are now some of the nastiest.

Our loyalties have turned - not sure where yet - maybe Mandalay Bay or the Venetian. We'll have to see.

Just a note to say Caesars Tahoe is just the opposite - one of the nicest/friendliest group of employees in any hotel casino (with absolutely high quality service I know of) anywhere in the U.S. I hope Park Place doesn't destroy them as well.
