I've stayed at MGM (the largest hotel in the world), Mandalay Bay, the Luxor, and the LV Hilton. Never have I had check-in experiences like I did at Caesars and believe me, there were huge conferences going on during those times too.

I went to the Hotel Manager, not the front desk manager to complain. He could not care less. And yes, he offered me another room but he wanted me to wait in my room for up to 4 hours in the middle of the day for them to arrange it.

The construction was all over the place so all towers can be affected. It really depends on where they decide to use the jackhammer.

I was in the Palace Tower.

There are better hotels out there...avoid Caesars if you can.
