Still smarting from the UA response to my query and just bought my first SEA-NRT-BKK ticket on DL. Corporate rate priced at around $7K which is still cheaper than UA's $10K+. It's a shame because I love NH's business product and UA.
I'll be flying this route monthly the next ten months and I'm kinda sad that all that revenue is going DL's way instead.
