I do hope you realize there are no "1K reps" anymore and there haven't been for a while. This was one of Jeff's first "changes we would like." The 1K reps are regular CS reps - you just get flagged as 1K on their screen when you call in.

That being said, no rep should be saying they "spent too much time on you" especially if it was their mistake.
