PM from Corp Hilton on Tripadvisor about review
Has anyone else had this happen?
I put a review of a Hampton Inn that had some issues on Tripadvisor.com
The hotel responded in the public way under my review.
Today about a week later I got a PM from "GARepresentative" according to their public profile.
"Guest Assistance Representative for Hilton Worldwide Social Media Team If you need assistance please PM us a message with your issues so that we may assist."
They asked for details about my stay so they could look into my issues. This Hampton in question has a string of bad reviews on tripadvisor , so I wonder if Hilton is keeping an eye on things at this hotel. If so I'm happy to see this.
