I'm stuck. Have an urgent business trip, need to purchase fully refundable fare, and UA is the only direct option for this trip.

The new site is making it impossible to purchase anything other than cheapest kettle fares.

I had to start on the legacy site then log in then get directed to the "new" UA site then log in again then request "unrestricted" fare then search then edit search then go back to advanced search because they erased the "unrestricted" setting then after all that, I finally get a ticket I can purchase, but then I go to "fare rules" to try to confirm it's actually refundable and after entering a captcha I get to a screen full of legal wording that has no mention of whether or not this particular fare is actually refundable. Is there any way to do this?
