I am goint to be attending a conference in Vail in August. The conference is at the Vail Cascade resort which I'm not too thrilled w/. The conference was at the Aspen St. Regis last year so racked up some good points. I don't think these folks have a frequent guest program.

Anyway, any tips on:

Dining
Activities
Must see's
Don't waste your time on's
Anything at all?

My wife and I will be flying in to Denver and arriving in Vail a few days before the conference so we'll have time for fun stuff.
