Joking aside I have to admit that vaping appears much safer than tobacco and a lot less smelly. Still would not like to have to sit next to someone who was doing it though.

In the report it also states this:
"e-cigarettes release negligible levels of nicotine into ambient air with no
identified health risks to bystanders"
