Lots of airlines sell cigarettes onboard, but that doesn't mean you can smoke them on the plane!
On a Ryan air flight earlier this year my companion indulged in her e cig. I was astounded, she thought I was petty. She just timed her puffs for when the crew were facing away, which was quite often as I only saw two of them. Once the trolley passed she was happy!
