A place I really liked was Le Hostellerie du Vieux Moulin in the village of Bouilland, which is about 15-20 km from the center of Beaune. To get there, you basically drive through the wine village of Savigny les Beaune.

It used to have a Michelin star. Doesn't anymore, I don't know why. And not cheap.

Lameloise is great too, but even pricier. Another good choice is Le Montrachet in Puligny-Montrachet.
