$0. I've cannot recall a charge with that description on my Hilton folios. I've had 10% service charges in Macao and Bangkok in the past, but those are disclosed at time of booking (was yours disclosed?). I've stayed in plenty of Hiltons this year in a number of US cities (LA, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Portland) without seeing anything like this. One of my stays in Las Vegas this year (SLS) included a $32 daily resort fee (disclosed at booking).

So, based on this one hotel you're assuming it happens at all hotels?
