Does anyone know if the Airport hilton still does gym/shower passes? I understand it used to, but I can't find any recent mention.

Or a reasonable gym in boston/cambridge that does morning day use passes?

I've got a red-eye in a couple weeks that arrives in a terminal without showers in a lounge, so I figured I'd check rather than exiting and entering through the morning security rush just to access a lounge shower....
