Failed redemption on CX website
Tried to make an AM redemption on CX website, but there was a problem communicating with my card provider and the award seat is now not available to book again.
Any idea whether the seat will be re-released and how long it will take? (There were 2 award seats available, and I booked the first one with Avios which will need to be cancelled for free within 24 hours, if can't get the second seat booked with AM)
