There are no minimums and you can make partial redemptions.
CapOne seems to be a viable option. Thanks!

And then an Amex of your choosing. Either Plat for it's many associated perks, or the SPG for earning. The numbers only you can crunch.
Not a fan of being restricted through one portal, because if I had to do it I'd go for the BMO World Elite instead.

I miss my Platinum card but I can't swallow the $699/year.

I know the $200 credit is awesome and the Priority Pass is worth it, but it's just too much money right now.

You can also rack up MR miles even easier and instant transfer to AP if needed. I think using MR against travel is like a measly 1%?

I used the Aspire card when I needed to divert spend from AP cards, it's good at 2%.
Hmm... I guess dealing with AC left a bad taste in my mouth but if I can redeem better through AP, then I'll swallow my pride and cash in on the goodies. I think TD offers a good product for Aeroplan. The redemption process during Aeroplan was so difficult when I first did it (blackout dates galore, taxes and fees galore, etc.)
