If you mean premium security, just have her walk directly in front of you into the checkpoint and you can handover the two passports, each with the BP in it and yours on the top. The line monitor isn't going to care. If you mean Pre-Check, she won't get it from your Pre-Check, but she wouldn't get it if ticketed on the same PNR either.

Same thing with boarding. Just have her right in front of you.
