Gate agents were of no help at DFW. We asked 3 hours prior to departure and were told to come back one hour before. Came back one hour before and told no more seats to change with. What BS. Glad our loyalty has been slowly changing to another airline. We were both Platinum and Gold, but this service was horrible. They had a chance yesterday 26 hours out with PLENTY of seats open. No sense to charge $30 to switch from premium seat to premium seat.
