Doesn't it also qualify for the reduced-price ($29) lounge access if not traveling with the primary cardholder?

Somewhat related, I think the $175 fee for additional cardholders includes up to three cards. I know that's the case for the unbranded (or Mercedes Benz) Amex Platinum. After I added my wife, I also added my parents since it was included.
