Have a few flights booked and would like to upgrade with cash some of them for the Tier Points. But for some reason most of them do not show the option when I go to Manage My Booking.

Nearly all of my bookings are for 2 adults plus car hire. Could this be a reason? Are these flights not upgradeable?

I have a flight to Lyon booked just HBO for myself and that one is showing me the option!
