There's a lot of silly young things who've never had any sort of job before, little education, and little pride in doing a job to a high standard. For them it's really all about the "free travel", which manyt MF crew then use only to spend time getting drunk in a foreign country, probably at an English or Irish pub or in the hotel bar itself. If you've ever stayed in the same hotel as MF crew, you'll know what I mean.
The BA top brass are well aware of this, but they care more about the bottom line - low costs of MF crew hire compared to WW crew - than of delivering the service that the airline likes to pride itself on.
My other half is on MF and has been for the past two and a half years. They take the upmost pride in their job and strive to deliver the best possible service they can to each and every passenger. Having met many of his colleagues I know that desire to be the best they can be whilst on board is consistent thoughout BA on all fleets. Yes, there are a small minority of crew who let themselves down but this is the same in any business.
You talk about MF crew having little education, which is ironic considering the completely misinformed and uneducated post you have just written.
