That's nutty - hopefully now that Choice "knows" this is hastening, they'll put it in the queue for fixing. Can you change your preferences on the old site still? I usually earn Choice points, but certain stays and certain promos are better for miles. It'd be irritating to have to call in every time I even wanted to search for award availability during one of those phases.

Relatedly, this is not the reason that I can't see award inventory more than 30 days out at a decent percentage of properties. Still no idea what's going on there, still have to call in. I'm currently having to search for the while next 30 days to see what room types are eligible for points bookings, then have to check my actual dates with cash, then have to call in to book. Certainly reduces my speculative bookings!
