I can't comment on the issue being dicussed in general, but just one thing has been brought up which I feel I can add something to.

CSM pay. It has been mentioned that the LGW CSM pay will be less than ours at LHR.

Can I just check, before I get my info squiffy, will the new role of CSM at LGW involve;

-HR managing a team of cabin crew
-Training
-Recruitment

?

I was under the impression the LGW role was purely flying?
