Absolutely! And if the full ballot is anything like the indicative, it will not be caught by the disgraceful Trade Union bill going through parliament.

For me BA has inferior seating, inferior IFE than most other long distance carriers but the staff are excellent. They are what makes BA what it is and this attack on their T&Cs is terrible. On many other airlines sure you might get overly attentive service but it often feels fake compared to BA. If they want to be a leading airline BA need to protect their number 1 asset. They have already seriously damaged this with MF but the cuts to LGW staff seem draconian. And as the saying goes "if you pay peanuts ..."
