there is nowhere special to weigh them for the CX part of the terminal. If applied, the weighing would have to happen at the CX counter. YMMV, but not only was mine not checked (I am DM, was traveling in J), but noticed nobody else's was being weighted either. I was standing around the check-in area with friends for probably 10-15 minutes and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary...aka no draconian weighings of carry-ons or whatnot.
After getting BP, you walk back to the immigration and security area. Nowhere in that area to weigh your stuff. Wait in line, see the immigration officer, pass him/her, get to security. Then proceed to airside and the gates. Nowhere in the process are there scales.
