Not in Baltimore. For the past 2 weeks and this week, the Marriott Waterfront has been packed, packed, packed.

I had to use my Platimun guarantee to get a room for 2 weeks straight.

Tuesday or Wednesday, they had CHOPPERS landing and taking off from the roof of the adjacent parking garage for some of the guests. No idea who they were or where they were going.

A fellow consultant tried to book this property for next week, and was told, "Sorry, full up." He's 6 nights away from being Platinum...ouch.

Anyhow, things are booming in Baltimore. Don't know why.
