I just booked an award Europe-EWR//LGA-YUL, connecting within 24hrs on a single booking. Website couldn't do it, agent initially said it wasn't allowed. With a little insisting and a call to ticketing, they were able to do it manually. However, the $30+tax charge was pretty automatic.
