Well what a good start, DTW - YYZ delayed to 3.20 pm, will miss my flight. Lady at checkin in DTW been trying to call AC for the last 10 minutes now, no answer... No priority lines for their checkin agents in non AC hubs???

I hope they could put me on DTW-FRA
