Just called for Ink Plus first anniversary AF and was offered $95 statement credit. I spent around 60k last year and maxed out 5x category. The AF has not been posted yet but I already passed anniversary date. I had also paid AF for first year( last year 70K offer). As others said, it seems that computer shows the offer and CSR has zero control to override that.
