Do we know if the same is true for the AmEx entry rate? I have the Reserve AmEx but if I travel with Mrs. ATTOBTR and our tickets don't already come with SkyClub access, I knew I could pay a one-time entry fee for one club of $29 (was planning to do this next month in HNL since we'll have several hours between an HA and our DL flight).
