I am confused about the Delta American Express Lounge Access option. It says the card holder is free while persons traveling with card holder can purchase discount access tickets.

However it doesnt clarify access if there are 2 members of households with cards on same account. Does that allow both in? Or does 1 still have to purchase lounge access?

To be more specific I am thinking about getting the card and I would get 1 for my girlfriend on same account. (Meaning I would be paying the bill and the account would be linked but she would have a card as well). Does that mean she is allowed into lounge under her card holder privledges? Or would she be considered a guest that has to buy a ticket?
