did 30 hr mileage run, just got back, 2domestic & 2 int segments. upgrade on ist. on both intl's [ coach ] asked for a double but was told you can have one & i'll bring you another [ did ]. didn't get upgrade on last domestic, asked for double - no problem readily accepted my money! however, i think that the practice of only 1 drink at a time allows the possability of better analysis of the pax's condition & might help minimize air rage.
