I applied, called in (I always need to as I put a warning on, just in case) and then the approval department said I would get 15K points. I insisted to double check as I had been told differently just before applying, on hold for a while, and then confirmed I would get 20K for the referral, to please double check with customer service.
Friend has not gotten 10K SPG yet. MR is usually next day, not sure SPG is supposed to be? Will wait a few days to call in if they don't appear.
