Hello fellow fliers,

I am in a bit of a predicament and hoped for advice...

I have booked CPH-NYC CW return for next August for my partner and I.

At the moment I am a bronze member but in 2 weeks time I take a flight that will make me silver.

There are only 2 sets of CW seats together left in the upper deck.

Do I pay £80 each for the upper deck, or just wait 2 weeks and get the seat allocation for free, risking that the upstairs will get booked up.

I've only ever flown CW once before and that was on a 777. I'd love the experience of upstairs on a 747. But not sure if the price now is worth it or if the risk is actually ok.

I'd be fine sitting downstairs, just a little disappointed being the geek that I am.

What would you do?
