What I do not understand is that when some of you are presented with facts (i.e., the scan of the invitation letter), you insist on arguing that it cannot possibly be true.

When I relate my experience, the same folks claim I am lying.

For example, the DL website specifically states that the SkyClub benefit for DM is a regular membership. When I received my card, I called to ask why they bumped it to an Executive membership. I was told that was a perk for 360's. Now they may give out some other Executive memberships as a consolation prize - I don't know - but that is what I have been told. But I must be wrong. Because I apparently don't know what I'm talking about.

I therefore find it amusing that people who don't have it, don't want to believe their own lying eyes, all of a sudden are experts on this topic.
