Just looked at my Citi AAdvantage Platinum (no FTF as of November 15, 2015)

Worldwide primary coverage, includes Israel

Specifically says coverage if:
damaged by an accident while a covered person is driving;
damaged by a natural disaster or vandalism; or
stolen

So I guess that would be TP as well
