this is the first and only post about being blocked on twitter and FYI, DM on twitter is not limited to 140 characters like the main part. I have called. I have written. I have posted here. It's not slow answers, it's NO answers. Nothing gets done.

gary, i have been trying to get help here, through emails, and i decided to try twitter.

I simply cannot understand why i clearly describe the numerous problems and nobody does anything to remedy them. Is it really that difficult??

I really don't know why i bother.
