Last year, I had a deal with MCI that worked out to be about 14 cents/minute from Europe to the states with no surcharge. Whereas I was able to make use of "free" toll-free access while in LHR, I could not do so in Sweden, so simply used the MCI card to connect to one of my ISP access numbers in the states.
